We do not offer individual or co-living leases. All townhomes are leased as an entire unit under one lease agreement.

Yes! You’re welcome to request a specific townhome. We can hold a home for up to 30 days from the earliest available date. Please note that new construction floorplans are excluded from unit holds.

Utilities are not included in the base rent and are set up separately by the resident. This allows you to manage your utility usage based on your lifestyle and townhome size.
